We are committed to using a fast and reliable shipping service, which is why we alternate between Australia Post and Sendle (based on your location).
Orders have a processing time of 2-4 days, with the exception of peak season and sale periods.
Once your order is shipped you will receive tracking notifications via email.
We will not be held responsible if an item fails to reach you in time due to due shipping delays.
Unfortunately we do not refund or exchange items for change of mind. We will however happily replace faulty items providing you have proof of purchase. If you receive a faulty item you will need to contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving said item.
All of our products are chosen carefully with children’s safety in mind. We do highly recommend adult supervision when playing with any of our products. If there are no safety warnings on items then we advice that the item is for children 3+.
All of our timber decor is made to order unless otherwise stated so please allow up to 2 weeks for us to make them and have them ready for shipment.
If you place a preorder or made to order item please keep in mind that your order will not be shipped until everything is ready. If you would prefer your order is sent in separate packages then you will be charged for each package that is shipped.
